Here is the recipe for a chinese cabbage dressing that is easy and good. Can also be used on lettuce and spinach. It was submitted by CSA member, Tim P., who got it from a friend.

1 tblsp mustard (not powder but the kind you put on a bratwurst!)

1 tblsp miracle whip (can use mayo if preferred)

1 tblsp sugar

1 tblsp vinegar

Drizzle over chopped or torn up chinese cabbage.
