This website even has pictures to show you exactly how to can and freeze fresh, local produce!

One website that I consult on a weekly basis during the CSA Season is PickYourOwn.org. I usually go straight to the Indiana section for tips on how to freeze and can. Although I have not visited any of the farms listed, I get a lot of great information on how to enjoy my produce from my box all year long .
