Canning, freezing and drying foods can help you make the most out of your CSA share!

If you can’t always eat all of your produce in a given week, consider ways that you can preserve it until you CAN eat it!

The National Center for Home Food Preservation is your source for current research-based recommendations for most methods of home food preservation.
